The collaborator style is the most effective style to use for resolving team conflict. A collaborator examines all possible options for resolving a conflict. Collaborating achieves team goals in a way that is acceptable to all members. Collaborators frequently use consensus to reach agreement. The consensus process consists of combining multiple viewpoints into mutual agreement.
