2: InfoSuper Corp. wants to change its systems as an organization and wants to exceed all the expectations of customers. In an effort to change its image, it is dividing its customer service department into sub departments of system complaints, collecting the background for validation, solving problems, and communicating solutions to customers. One person used to handle all this, which caused delay.

Some team members approve of this change while others do not. A lot of argument has already taken place about the implementation of the suggested changes. Different teams would react differently in the situation.
