Harry leaned forward with both hands chopping through the air to emphasize his excitement. “Man, oh, man!” he exclaimed. “I wish I’d heard all this a few years ago. I didn’t know what was happening to me! When I heard ‘stress,’ I thought it meant just being fed up. But I was going through honest-to-goodness stress and burnout and didn’t even know it!”

Harry’s face and eyes lit up. There was almost a light bulb shining over his head as he continued. “There I was, eating all the time—not hungry, just grazing. I had trouble sleeping, trouble concentrating. I was getting so forgetful I thought I had Alzheimer’s disease.
