Two Minutes Morning and Evening

Consider this exercise a gift to yourself. As you start, keep your collection of self-talk statements to less than two minutes. If you select more than two minutes of reinforcements, it is too tempting to push them aside.

Invest these two minutes in yourself the first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. Many people are the most receptive just before fully waking and before going to sleep. But you can read your reinforcements during the day at any two times and still get good results. Read the reinforcements aloud for maximum benefit. The more of your senses you involve in your learning, the more value you will receive.
