Chapter 31. Reinforcements that Encourage

Many people did not hear the appreciation and encouragement they wanted and needed as a child. Such individuals often feel frustrated with others on the job. As adults, it is tempting for these people to expect others at work to give them what they missed when there were growing up.

But we can fill this gap ourselves. First, remember that our parents did the best they could with what they had. This clears away resentment. Second, include the missing reinforcements.
