I reduce stress most effectively when I stop blaming others for my problems.

My best strategy for stress reduction and increased motivation is to objectively and positively coach myself with purposeful self-talk.

If I get into trouble, I do what any good coach does; I stick with it. I keep on coaching myself, even in stressful times.

If I have a problem with someone, I fix my part of the problem.

When a system or process does not work for me, I put together a process that does.
