Cool-Down Exercise

Now it is time to make the transition from Doug’s story to your story. As you reflect on Doug’s experience, consider these questions:

1: With which parts of Doug’s story did you identify?

4: Assume you are coaching yourself. You are standing alongside the playing field of your daily challenges. As an objective but caring coach, you watch yourself handle the stresses and challenges of life and your career. How would you describe yourself as a player?
