Feeling Good About Yourself

“I’ve learned that when you feel good about yourself, it affects every area of your life. I don’t tell mean jokes about myself anymore. Now they’re on the positive side, such as ‘When I’m a millionaire, I’ll buy the biggest house in town.’ Your mind registers as fact what you verbalize. That’s why I’m still doing my cards every day. Here are some of them:

I see myself—from the inside out—at my goal weight. I exercise daily.
I am happy. I’m a worthwhile person with great ideas.
I love my job. I forgive my ex-husband.
I have a wonderful working relationship with my boss. I wear makeup and fix my hair every day.
I am financially independent. I always eat healthy foods.
I enjoy my co-workers. I know I can, I know I can, I know I can.
