Remember, Don't Just Read the Book—Taste It

One of our favorite sayings from the Sufi masters is, “We eat at all tables that serve good food.” We invite you to eat at our table and sample the different dishes we have to offer. Resist the temptation to decide you don't like any particular one until you try it. Taste them first and notice the results. Others before you have discovered that learning the skills of stress mastery has made a powerful impact on their ability to succeed and thrive in both their work and personal life. We suggest you give yourself a chance to do the same.
