Typical Challenges Challenges Sam Will Encounter Challenges You Anticipate Encountering
Participating in a contest or competition  
Engaging in conflict, confrontation, or a fight  
Entering new territory or the unknown new project 
Calling for an explanation or justification; a calling into question unsure of project purpose 
Testing one’s abilities or resources in a demanding but stimulating undertaking few resources; tight deadline 
Claiming that a vote is invalid or that a voter is unqualified  
Formally objecting to the inclusion of a prospective juror in a jury  
Testing attributes, qualifications, identity, or response attributes of co-workers will be tested 
Testing the status quo adding to existing workload 
Testing the efficacy or validity of something  
A summons to action, effort, or use request to complete a new project 
Psychological, attitudinal, or mental struggles potential mental stress from increased workload 
Time and money shortages tight deadline; no budget allocated 
Uncooperative co-workers potential due to increased workload 
No influence over others level of authority not increased
