Prize Evaluating Your Results

This is the point at which you examine your result against your vision, mission, goals, and standards. Did you achieve what you had planned? Was it worth the time and effort? Part of your examination needs to address the quality of your result.

Quality control is a way of determining if you’ve achieved the results you set out to accomplish. It reveals the essential truth of the matter. It’s what counts, but it does not come easily. Quality depends on the right people, tools, strategy, and circumstances all coming together. The following questions will help you assess the quality of your results.
