Part IV: Prize-Reaping the Results > Going Home and Beginning Again

Chapter 10. Going Home and Beginning Again

“Even if you’re on the right track, if you sit there too long, you’ll get run over.”

Will Rogers

Once you’ve collected Prizes, go Home and begin the process again. No matter the outcome of your journey, going Home helps you continue the change process with renewed opportunities for improvement. At Home, ask better questions, rethink the mission if necessary, set new goals, and revise standards and expectations if necessary. Go on to Help, gather resources, learn skills, and create a better plan. Test the plan in the Challenge stage, and then collect Prizes. And so the cycle goes.
