Explanation

A degree of uncertainty exists in every decision. If it did not, decisions would be very simple. You would only have to gather the facts of a given situation, determine your options, choose the best one and, in theory, that option would work every time. This scenario is rarely true. In many situations, regardless of how much research you carry out, it is impossible to know all the facts.
