Overcome groupthink

Explanation

Groupthink occurs when decisions are made as a group, but the primary goal of the members is to achieve group satisfaction rather than to find a truly successful decision. In other words, the group’s need to reach consensus overrides its desire to explore alternative and, possibly, better options. The result of groupthink is overconfidence and a lack of critical thinking.
