Understanding your decision frames

After you become aware of your decision frames, it’s important to understand them. Although you can usually adopt only one frame per decision, you probably have a few dominant frames that you use repeatedly. You should understand your frames so that you can determine on a decision-to-decision basis whether they are appropriate or not.
