Practical Experience—This Deserves a Weight of 2.

Confidence is one of the most significant personal attributes for the task ahead, and if you possess it, then mountains will move. Well, almost. My favorite image of confidence is Gertrude Bell, who made a seemingly impossible climb in the Alps and ended up having the mountain named after her.[2] When it comes to sports, the truly gifted players believe that they will succeed. It is not a suspicion or a hunch. The good ones actually believe it and it is that confidence that delivers the win, or at least one heck of an exciting contest.
