Constructing Event Handlers

All of this means that in JavaScript, the event itself isn't as important as how your procedures respond to the event. This means that, for each event you want to work with, you must set up special code called an event handler that runs every time a particular event fires.

Setting up an event handler usually involves the following two steps:
