Moving an Object in Two Dimentions

(Netscape 6 only)

There's a Netscape 4 way, an Internet Explorer way, and now there's a Netscape 6 way of doing exactly the same thing. Now you can see why designers are begging for some sort of standards that will save them from this special-coding nightmare. The really scary thing is that Netscape 6 is a very standards-complaint browser, so you have to do things in a new way (using the W3C DOM), which, as you'll see, isn't necessarily easier to understand. It is a standardized way, however. Script 12.3 has the lowdown on how to move objects in Netscape 6. Figure 12.4 shows the result in Netscape 6 for Windows.
