First of all, know that you may not need objects and classes in your code. They can be useful, but they don't solve all problems. Some people think object-oriented programming (OOP) is just an extended fad, and others will throw Molotov cocktails at your cat for saying that (never let it be said that programmers are an unemotional lot).
