Chapter 27. Taking Time for Snail Mail

E-mail is a quick and convenient way to communicate. But it is not appropriate in every circumstance. When a contact takes valuable time to talk with you or otherwise offers help, always compose a hand-written thank-you note—and mail it the old-fashioned way via the postal service.
