Perspective paralysis is the inability to shift your view. People with perspective paralysis are unable to change their perspective. They are stuck in their way of seeing; they have fixed beliefs, hardened attitudes, and concrete convictions. They are dogmatic believers. Perspective paralysis restricts flexibility, adaptability, and, once again, creativity.
