Chapter 20. Learning from Your Experiences

Everyone has a limitless capacity to learn. Learning has little to do with age or seniority and everything to do with an inquiring mind and compassionate heart. People holding the same job for 20 years, who repeat their first year’s experience 20 times, will have learned less than those with shorter tenure. And they will have less to contribute than those who question, probe, challenge, sift, test, and push the boundaries of how-we-do-things-around-here.
