Phase II Insulators

Long-term problems have a way of laying dormant for awhile, then popping to the surface with a vengeance, causing the loss of a positive focus. Sometimes these problems reach crisis proportions.

What adjustments can one make when serious problems flare up or the calendar prompts a difficult part of the past to reappear? Phase I techniques are helpful, but sometimes more drastic adjustments are required. Here are five different ways people deal with such situations.
