Attitude Giveaway Exercise

Below are different methods people use to share or pass on a positive attitude. Some approaches may appeal to you; others will not. Review the list, add a few ideas of your own, then pick out three or four approaches that fit your style–three or four ideas that you intend to try at work or in your personal life sometime during the next week.   • 1. Go out of my way to visit friends who may be having trouble with their attitudes.

  • 2. Be more positive around those with whom I have daily contact.
