Daily Adjustments

Attitude renewal at the first level is a daily process. For some, a few moments of quiet or meditation seems to make a difference. Others get squared away with a more businesslike approach; they feel on top of things when they get a handle on the day by getting organized. Still others listen to special music or motivational tapes on the way to or from work.

Such minor adjustments can happen anytime or anyplace, but the beginning and the end of the day seem to be the most effective times. For some people, daily attitude adjustment is a solitary process; others share their thoughts and feelings with another person. Each person finds out what works through trial and error.
