Chapter 11. Understanding Context

Many issues are easier to identify, clarify, and evaluate when we know the context in which they occur.

For example, the normal way of working in your office reflects the personal philosophy of the chief executive officer. In another office, however, the norm might be completely different. Thus, normal is a valid descriptor only in the context of your particular office.
