Use a New Mental Script

Change the way you think about challenging situations by using your logical advisors and your understanding of the STEP model. When you begin to experience warning signs, pause to understand what you are thinking and feeling, listen to all your advisors, remember how you prepared yourself for the situation. Develop a new mental script.
