Chapter 6. Social Skills

In the past, people were measured by their education, experience, expertise, and knowledge. In addition to these abilities, now people are judged by how well they handle themselves and others. They are judged by their social skills not just their intelligence and job skills. The ability to communicate feelings as well as facts makes the difference between success and failure in relating to others.
