Habit Definition:

an acquired pattern of behavior that has become almost involuntary as a result of frequent repetition.

Habits are often seen as things that you need to “break.” The truth is, the right kinds of habits can have a powerful positive effect on your life. You’ve heard that exercise and good nutrition will improve your health, appearance, and energy level. Most people have tried to exercise more and eat better at some time in their lives, but many have found that changing behavior for a day or two, or even a week or two, doesn’t make much difference.
