Improving Your Concentration When Reading

Reading, like most tasks, requires concentration. To improve your ability to concentrate when reading, follow these tips.

TIP 1:. Set the Scene

Eliminate as many distractions as possible. Make sure you are getting adequate rest, a good diet, and enough exercise. Finally, try to concentrate in short bursts of 15–20 minutes at a time. These short bursts of study are much more effective than four-hour cram sessions.
