Address All Issues

During the Melt phase of the consensus process, people may choose to ignore the major or difficult issues. Make sure that you and all the other members of the group get your issues, concerns, fears or hopes addressed. If issues are not handled here, then the group will be making decisions based on incomplete or faulty information. This is one of the biggest challenges that you face in your group. You have to check with yourself and with your group members periodically.
