Personal habits can either support or sabotage efforts to meet your goals. In previous sections of the book you identified what worked for you. Give yourself credit. List at least four in each section. Use additional paper for more items if needed.

What are some habits that you’d like to change? Pick a few key ones. Don’t try to change the whole world at once. Focus on one area or pick something in each area. You don’t have to fill up each section. Be realistic. Start small. Just start.
