Thirty balls in the air. A to-do list that won’t quit. Project deadlines looming on the horizon. Personal sense of accomplishment is nonexistent. Your “can do” attitude has resulted in an unrealistic workload. You’ve forgotten how to set limits and use the word “no.” Your daily ritual is to see how best you can survive. It drains you of energy. It wastes time. You are so overwhelmed with all the work you have to do, you wind up doing nothing. Call it multiple-project syndrome. Call it out of control.

Sadly, there is no fairy godmother. She’s gone to Hawaii. You’re left on your own.
