Part II: Juggling Time > What is Time?

Chapter 6. What is Time?

Time means different things to different people. How you feel about it stems from attitude, personality preference and examples modeled in your family, personal life and work environment. For some, time is limitless and always available. For others it is “now” and must be used. To many, time is associated with an event like lunch time. To others it is a blasting alarm clock that abruptly signals the start of the day.

Circumstances in life force our view of time to change. Following the death of a loved one, each minute seems like a day. News of terminal illness puts a different perspective on time and each moment is treasured. Limited time with a new love turns hours into minutes.
