Chapter 17. Preparing For The Effects Of Workplace Change

Managers, Human Resource specialists, Organizational Development consultants, Employee Assistance staff, industrial health nurses and consulting mental health professionals are all in a position to help employees cope with grief. So are the co-workers of grieving employees. Responsible organizations will provide the necessary training opportunities for staff identified to assist employees through the grief process.
