Managing change is an increasingly more important part of the technical supervisor’s role. How the leader deals with change will enhance or impede the motivational climate of the work environment.

Each of the following technical supervisors has a motivational opportunity to manage change. Recognizing that they are new to the organization, they have turned to you, their coach and mentor, to advise them on what course of action to take.
