An Employee Skills and Interests Audit

As a technical supervisor, you continually have to assess what you enjoy doing versus what you should be doing. Since technology-driven organizations are often activity traps, it is very easy to be caught up in doing a lot of “things” eight to twelve hours a day, and yet not take care of your major job responsibilities. Again, “a lot may be going on, but little is taking place.”

Let’s assume you clearly know what your job responsibilities are. Are you now prepared to determine “who you can let go” to? This form may be valuable.
