Saving a Presentation

Once you've created a presentation, you'll want to save it to the disk. If you've used any Windows applications before, you already know how. You click the File Menu and then click Save or Save As.

You may have seen this Save As dialog box in other Windows applications. It's called a common dialog box, because it's used throughout the Windows environment and in other Windows applications.
