Punctuation keys involving the Shift key

You’ve probably noticed that some keys have two symbols on them. The bottom symbol is the default key. The top symbol is the Shift alternate for that key. For example, if you need a question mark, you need to press Shift+?, because the question mark is the alternate on the forward slash key, as shown in Exhibit 4-6.
