Editing e-mail messages

Explanation

To maintain your credibility and professionalism, it’s important to edit your e-mail messages by using the edit function of your e-mail program, as shown in Exhibit 7-3. Sending an e-mail message that is not concise, appropriate in tone, and logical in content or format causes confusion for the recipient’s. If the message has grammatical errors, the recipient might even doubt your professionalism and credibility.
