Chapter 18. E-mail recipients > Recipient reaction

Recipient reaction

Explanation

If you think that your recipient will respond positively to your e-mail message, writing it will not be a difficult task. If you doubt that your recipient will respond positively to your message, you should take time to consider communicating via e-mail. Your recipients might have different reasons to be skeptical or apathetic toward your message. Although it can be difficult to anticipate and prepare for the variety of reactions your message might cause, you should be persuasive and informative to encourage recipients to respond to your message positively.
