So What Should You Do?

1.
Keep a list of the things you're trying to do—your “projects.”

2.
Use the tools described in the “Tools” section of this chapter to analyze new things as they come along, before adding them to your list of projects.

3.
Check your list of projects regularly—ideally every day, and in the worst case, every week—to see whether changes have occurred to the goals of your projects. If so, you need to rerun the maximize-the-win-conditions-of-the-stakeholders analysis.
