Take It Slow

Many times, professional photographers will intentionally shoot a fast-moving activity at a speed that's a bit slower than what is needed to create an action-stopping photo. This technique helps provide a sense of movement for the viewer (Figures 10.14a, 10.14b, and 10.14c).
