Showing and Hiding Edges

The keyboard shortcut (Command-H) [Ctrl+H] is used to show and hide “extras.” Among the extras is Selection Edges. You can also use the menu command View, Extras to toggle between visible and invisible. To determine what gets included in the extras, open the Show Extras Options dialog box with the menu command View, Show, Show Extras Options. Choose from among Selection Edges, Target Path, Annotations, Grid, Guides, and Slices. Whatever is checked can be hidden and shown with the keyboard shortcut.
