NO MORE UNLOCKING A BACKGROUND COPY

Back in Photoshop 7, if you made a copy of the Background layer (the fastest way is just to press Command-J [PC: Control-J]), the copy you made was locked (meaning you couldn't move it without unlocking it first). Well, Command-J (PC: Control-J) is still the fastest way to duplicate the Background layer, but in Photoshop CS, Adobe made things faster by automatically unlocking the Background layer for you. See, your Photoshop life is already getting better.
