Despite sharing a prominent brand name with the premier application of its genre, Photoshop Album is not a full-featured graphics editor. It does not do “touch-up” repairs, specifically because Photoshop Album cannot make changes to a part of an image. However, Photoshop Album does give you some convenient resources with which you can make some fast alterations to the appearance of an entire image, such as tuning its brightness and compensating for over-saturation. Having these features present saves you from having to launch a major graphics editor such as Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, although Photoshop Album does give you a way to launch such an application when the editing job you need to perform is beyond Photoshop Album's purview.
