Making Repairs When Nothing’s Really Wrong

Every now and then you’ll come across a photo that looks technically fine. The exposure’s correct, the colors are okay; but you know there’s something that’s just not right. It could be better, if you could only figure out what’s wrong with it. Figure 15.13 shows an example, taken on a trip through one of those animal safari parks. There’s something about this picture that bothers me. It’s not the zebra poop, though I’ll certainly clean that up before I print. No, it’s that zebra with his back to the group.
