Lesson 5. Using Photos in Other Forms > Saving and organizing your finished fil...

Saving and organizing your finished files

If you’ve already finished earlier lessons in this book, you are familiar with this final phase of the lesson. You’re going to add tags to the work files, which were already added to Organizer when you saved them, thanks to the Include In Organizer option in the Save As dialog box.

1.
If Back To All Photos appears above the thumbnails area, select it.

2.
Choose Find > Untagged Items.

3.
Choose Edit > Select All or press Ctrl + A to select all the thumbnails.

4.
Drag the Work Files tag and then the Lesson 5 tag to the thumbnails to apply them.

You can now select Back To All Photos to see the entire catalog of thumbnails.

Note

If you hid the Palette Bin at the beginning of this lesson, switch to Editor and click the OpenPalette Bin arrow in the lower right corner of the work area to reopen it so that you’re set up correctly for the next projects.

Congratulations! You’ve now finished Lesson 5. In this lesson, you’ve learned how to extract images from PDF files and videos and import them into Photoshop Elements. You’ve created panoramas, photo albums, and contact sheets. In the process, you’ve seen how Editor and Organizer share responsibilities for different tasks.
