Photoshop Elements 3.0 Organizer helps you reduce waste of expensive photographic paper. You can print single or multiple images on the same page, arranging them on the paper in the sizes you want.

Choose Edit > Select All to select all the thumbnails. Or, click one thumbnail to select it, and then hold down Ctrl and click several others.

Choose File > Print.

In the Print Selected Photos dialog box, make the following adjustments:

  • Select an available printer.

  • Under Select Type of Print, leave Individual Prints selected.

  • Under Select Print Size And Options, select 3.5" x 5".

If a warning appears about print resolution, click OK to close it.

  • Click the One Photo Per Page option to deselect it (remove the check mark).

(Optional) Do any of the following:

  • On the left side of the dialog box, select one of the thumbnails and then click Remove () at the bottom of the thumbnails column to remove that image from the set that will be printed.

  • Click Add () under the column of thumbnails. Select Entire Catalog, and select the check box of any image thumbnail that you want to add to the set to be printed. Click OK.

  • Under the Print Preview in the middle of the dialog box, click the arrows to see the other three pages that will be printed.

You can select only images that are part of the current catalog. If you want to add other pictures to the printing batch, you must first add them to the catalog, using one of the methods you tried earlier in this lesson.

Do one of the following:

  • Click Cancel to close the dialog box without printing. (This is recommended if you want to save your color ink and photograph paper for your own images.)

  • Click Print to actually print the pictures.
