Creating rollovers

Rollovers are familiar Web effects. For example, many or even most Web pages feature some change in the appearance of a button or hotspot when you move the mouse over it, even though you don’t click. This is a typical rollover state.

A rollover state is defined by the event that triggers the rollover behavior, such as a click, holding down the mouse (but not clicking), or just moving the pointer over that area of the image.
